Gracey is a life-long gluten free celiac.
Christian gave up gluten, soy, tree nuts, fish/shellfish, corn, citrus, bananas, pineapple, coconut, and cheddar cheese at the age of 16 after being diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE).
So, we can’t eat anything. We fell in love at drama school, and we now enjoy learning to cook allergy-friendly (flavor-blasted) meals in our (diet restricted) home kitchen, and exploring the restaurants of Chicago, IL.
