As an early childhood educator, I know first hand that egg allergies are rampant in little kiddos. In fact, the top drawer of my desk has at least half a dozen EpiPens locked inside for this very reason.

Egg allergies are actually the second most common allergy for children in the United States. Not to mention, all the vegans out there are also avoiding eggs. This video is for you, too!
